Always Call BEFORE heading out to Drop Off or Pick Up your dog from CPC!

  1. Your dog will stay in a home environment, not a boarding kennel, and your dog will receive the same loving, caring attention that he/she would at home.

  2. Your dog will be fed his/her own food at no extra charge.

  3. Your dog will be given any/all medications that you request at no extra charge.

  4. Your dog will be brushed up on the training that the dog already knows, at no extra charge. (Additional [new] training is extra)

  5. Your dog will go on a daily walk at no extra charge.

  6. Your dog will be run next to the bicycle, if he/she is physically capable, at no extra charge. (The tread mill may be used when the weather is bad)

  7. Your dog will have daily playtime with the other dogs at no extra charge.

  1. You must drop your dog off for boarding no later than 12 noon. This rule is strictly adhered to! The reason is that your dog needs more than just a couple of hours at CPC to settle in before being placed into a crate for bedtime.

  2. Your dog must be at least 7 months of age to stay at CPC. No dogs over 10 years of age will be accepted. (Vet records will be checked concerning dog's age - this rule applies due to maturity levels - and potty training issues, as CPC simply doesn't have time to tend to young puppies or geriatric adults that need to go potty every couple of hours)

  3. Female dogs in heat will not be accepted. If your female dog comes into heat while boarding at CPC, she will be taken to another boarding facility until she finishes her cycle, or you pick her up.

  4. You must bring written proof of your dog's current vaccinations. A) Distemper B) Bordatella C) Rabies (dog must have current Rabies tag on collar)

  5. You must bring written proof of a VERY RECENT fecal exam. This will require taking a fecal sample to your vet's office. The fecal exam should be done 10 to 15 days prior to your dog's stay at CPC. If your dog has parasites, some medications can take up to 10 days to work fully. Your dog must be free of fleas and other parasites, both internal and external, before being delivered to CPC. Proof is required. If your dog's fecal sample is positive for any parasites and needs to be put on medication you will need to take another fecal sample to your vet to be absolutely certain that your dog's stool is clean.

  6. Vaccinations can cause listlessness, fatigue and sometimes subtle illness in animals - please don't wait until the last minute to get your dog properly vaccinated. If your dog requires vaccinations before boarding, please try to get this done at least five (5) days prior to dropping your dog off at CPC, so your dog is completely back to normal before boarding.

  7. You must bring enough of your dog's own food to last for the entire stay. No need to bring a brand new bag, but please bring your dog's food in its original bag if you still have it. CPC keeps all dog food in air-tight bins and does not have room for your bin, trash can or other food container. Please bring your dog's food only in its bag, or another bag.

  8. You must bring instructions for any medications your dog may currently be taking.

  9. You are welcome to bring toys, chews, beds, blankets, etc., for your dog's comfort.

  10. Please do not bring kennels, dishes or rawhide chews.

  11. You will be asked to sign a boarding agreement every time your dog stays at CPC.

  1. Daily boarding for established clients, who are actively attending lessons, is $30.00 per day.

  2. Daily boarding for non-clients, or established clients who are not actively attending lessons, is $40.00 per day.

  3. Daily boarding with 'new' training for established clients and non-clients is $50.00 per day. This includes one send home lesson for owners. ('new' training means teaching your dog commands or disciplines he/she doesn't already know)

  4. If your dog is picked up before 10am on the last day of boarding you will not be charged for that day.

  5. All boarding costs must be paid in full on the first day of boarding. (Cash or check only)

  1. If your dog is NOT at least partially potty trained CPC will NOT accept your dog for boarding!!!

  2. If your male dog is not neutered, there is a chance that he will not be accepted for vacation boarding. Please Contact CPC for Details.

Note about photos: Most photos of your dog(s) are taken during playtime and at other times when I don't have to hold the leash, since it is difficult for me to work the dogs and take the photos at the same time. I will have someone else take photos when I can..... thanks for your understanding.
